About Us

Meet Rossana

As an immigration lawyer for over 19 years specializing in family-based immigration and removal defense, I understand firsthand how daunting and scary the immigration process can seem. With over 500 immigration cases that I’ve handled personally, I’ve seen it all and know how to position you for the best outcome.

Unlike average law firms, I take the time to get to know your case, work expeditiously to get it processed, and keep you informed every step of the way. What I love most about what I do is that when we win, people’s lives are changed.

Before my private practice, I served in various capacities at the ICE Office of the Principal Legal Advisor, including a two-year detail as a Special Assistant United States Attorney at the Office of the United States Attorney for the Western District of Texas.

I’ve spoken at numerous continued legal education events on topics covering the removal of conditions on permanent residence, removal proceedings, and family petitions.

I received a J.D. from Baylor University School of Law in 2003 and since 2013, I’ve been a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
